Caso Unico de devolucion del dinero:
Se considera caso unico como el atribuido al mal funcionamiento, o danos , o no posible apertura del Ebook. Si este caso llegase a ocurir el comprador debera hacer contacto con el Administrador de La Web en la secion "Contacto", especificar :
Nombre, Apellido, Correo Electronico de Contacto, Telefono Celular, Nombre del Producto, Fecha y Hora de la Compra, Medio de Pago, Costo del eBook, Ademas debe explicar que ocurrio.
Una vez el Administrador Confirme la informacion suministrada, enviara un correo al COMPRADOR; solicitando le envie el eBook para su revision, especificando que se tendra un tiempo prudencial de 48 Horas Laborables para las Investigaciones del caso.
Pasado el tiempo mencionado o antes, el Administrador enviara via correo electronico al comprador, el resultado de la investigacion, en el mismo correo se le consultara si desea recibir de manera expresa (directa) el eBook (en correcto funcionamiento) o desea la devolucion del dinero.
Aclaratoria: Si el comprador, por cuenta propia de manera intencional o no, dana el eBook, una vez leido y/o copiado el mismo, y aplica para la devolucion del dinero, tendra que enfrentar las consecuencias legales, ya que la evidencia forence (electronica) queda registrada en el archivo enviado al Administrador. No se procesaran devoluciones de dinero sin haber cumplido todos los pasos que aqui se exponen.
